In Home Consultation
With seven separate listening areas and a wide range of equipment, we’re well placed to be able to meet almost anyone’s needs and tastes. Often, however, it’s helpful to visit the environment in which our equipment is to be housed in order to ensure a correct recommendation. 
After inspecting your home (even at frame stage of construction), we are able to offer concise advice on what equipment will and won’t work for you. In the case of an existing room, where furnishings and dimensions have a huge influence on the sound, we’ll make sure that our recommendation fits physically and sonically like a glove.
Where the house is still under construction, our input will ensure that all cables are catered for and that they are in the right places. These services are free in almost all cases and ensure that a perfect outcome is achieved.
Professional Installation
When cables are to be hidden and equipment is to be mounted on walls and in ceilings etc, it’s comforting to know that the person doing the work has as much pride in their workmanship as you do in your home. Our installation staff are chosen for that as much as their electrical and mechanical abilities. We’re only interested in professional looking installations. We make sure that that’s what you get.
Calibration
The final sound and or picture rely heavily on how well the equipment is set up. Modern components often have expansive and complicated option menus that demand a thorough knowledge to get right. You can’t let just anyone loose on them without inviting disaster! So we’re very particular about how we fine tune our installations. It’s self serving on our part really.... If your system looks and sounds fantastic then your friends might want one too!
